As we move through our time on defining who God is, we pause for a moment to consider His wisdom. We will examine that he is eternal in His wisdom, infinite in His wisdom, and unchanging in His wisdom.
For God to be eternal in wisdom means that, from all eternity, God has always known all things, and always chooses rightly and wisely.
For him to be infinite in wisdom means that whatever knowledge or wisdom we may acquire here on earth pales in comparison to the wisdom of God. This should destroy arrogance or presumption on our parts, and force us to humility
For God to be unchangeable in wisdom means that the truths that God has set in place are truths for eternity. This means that the God of the Bible doesn’t allow us to be morally relatavistic.
So, considering these things, what is he hardest thing for you to apply to daily life concerning the truth of the wisdom of God?
